Although summer has past, there is still time to get out and enjoy some fun outdoor activities before the real winter sets in. Join us in Seton this Saturday (September 15) for the first ever [Fall Festival](https://stories.brookfieldresidential.com/seton-fall-festival-event) hosted by the community’s developer Brookfield Residential. This family-friendly event takes place from 12pm-5pm, although we suggest arriving early as the first 50 visitors will receive a free branded tote bag. There will be a fun showhome scavenger hunt taking place throughout the community and the official start and end points will be at both our [single family showhomes (22 Seton Manor SE)](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/communities/seton/) and Avalon’s Zen Urban District (19470 37th Street SE). Along the way there will be plenty of tasty treats and the opportunity to check out several local market vendors’ products. There are stops on the scavenger hunt at both our single family and paired showhomes so be sure to stop in and ask our Area Sales Manager Dennis about the all that Cedarglen Homes has to offer in this beautiful new community. Those who complete the entire scavenger hunt successfully will be entered in a draw to win two 1-year memberships to the worlds largest [YMCA](https://www.ymcacalgary.org/program-descriptions/locations/seton/) located right in Seton.
