The long weekend has passed and as much as we hate to admit it, summer is slowly coming to an end. Children are heading back to school (if they aren’t back already) and it is time to settle back in to a routine for the fall. However, that doesn’t mean your weekends have to become routine just yet. Join us this Saturday (September 8, 2018) for the official launch of our brand-new paired homes in The Parks of Harvest Hills!

Last week on our blog we shared some of the exciting details on these new homes. If you don’t feel like going back and re-reading that post, here is a brief recap. We are excited to be launching 4 paired home models ranging in size from 1,788 to 1,993 square feet. These homes will be starting in the $450,000’s and will be situated on a charming cul-de-sac that will be known as the Gardens. There are only 50 units available, so if you are interested we suggest you act fast to ensure you get the lot of your choice.

Tomorrow we will be hosting an official launch event for these homes that will run from 12:00-4:00pm at our single family showhomes (325 Harvest Hills Way NE). Our Area Sales Manager Mike Dwyer will be available to answer all your questions about this new development and will be taking lot holds from those who are interested! XL103.3 Radio will be live-on-location broadcasting, and Family Freezed Food Truck will be set up handing out their delicious array of gourmet ice pops. There will also be yard games set up, and talented artists on site doing face painting, glitter tattoo’s and balloon animals for everyone to enjoy. It’s guaranteed to be a fun-filled day and we cannot wait to share the plan for these beautiful new homes with you.
