Cedarglen Homes is pleased to announce that you will have the opportunity to be the first to secure your lot in The Parks of Harvest Hills. On February 28, 2018 at 12:00pm, Cedarglen Homes will be hosting a Phase 1 pre-sale lot selection in our sales centre located at 325 Harvest Hills Way NE. Please read the below points carefully for the Lot Selection Procedure and the Purchase and Sale Agreement Procedure.

Lot Selection Procedure

Please read the points below carefully:

1. The Builder will use a numbering system and provide a number to each Purchaser on a first come first serve basis on February 28, 2018 at 12:00pm to make a lot selection.
2. A refundable deposit of $5,000 will be required at time of lot selection to hold the lot for a maximum of 14 days at a time. Lot selection may be renewed one time. Upon expiration of lot selection, the $5,000 deposit will be returned to the Purchaser without notice unless written renewal has been approved by the Builder.
3. Purchasers may select one back-up lot on a first right of refusal basis.
4. Realtor registration must occur on or before the Purchaser's first visit to the showhome in form of written documentation signed by the Realtor and Builder.
5. Realtor to be paid a flat rate Referral Fee. See Builder for further details.
6. Realtor's may only represent one purchaser at a time for lot selection.
7. The purchaser must be present to receive their number for their position in line.

Purchase and Sale Agreement Procedure

Please read the points below carefully:

1. Purchase and Sale Agreement must be complete within 30 days of lot selection. If the agreement is not complete within this timeframe the $5,000 lot selection deposit will be returned to the Purchaser without notice.
2. Purchaser Condition dates may not exceed a maximum of 14 days from date of Purchase and Sale Agreement.
3. Minimum 10% total deposit is required upon removal of conditions.

Our showhomes will not be ready to tour on February 28, 2018 but our sales centre will be open and marketing collateral will be available. You will not have to finalize any house plans at this meeting, it is solely to secure your dream lot in The Parks of Harvest Hills. To register for the event, CLICK HERE.
