Worry Free Warranty

When you build your new house with Cedarglen Homes, you can rest assured knowing that we stand behind the integrity of our product and we are here every step of the way to ensure your new home is everything you dreamed of.

When you take possession initially, your assigned site supervisor will take you on a thorough walk-through of your house to document any deficiencies that will need to be dealt with and arrange a plan to address them. At this time, they will also advise you of how to best maintain your home to ensure it can remain in as good of condition as when you got it. Your site supervisor will then set-up a 60-day and a 1-year onsite meeting to see if anything further needs to be addressed within your warranty period. In order to make your transition into new home ownership as seamless as possible, we also have a dedicated Customer Response Team to help answer any questions you may have about your new home. You can contact this knowledgeable and friendly team by phone at 403.255.2000 or by email during regular business hours.
