When you take possession initially, your assigned site supervisor will take you on a thorough walk-through of your house to document any deficiencies that will need to be dealt with and arrange a plan to address them. At this time, they will also advise you of how to best maintain your home to ensure it can remain in as good of condition as when you got it. Your site supervisor will then set-up a 60-day and a 1-year onsite meeting to see if anything further needs to be addressed within your warranty period. In order to make your transition into new home ownership as seamless as possible, we also have a dedicated Customer Response Team to help answer any questions you may have about your new home. Combined with our internal resources, your home is also backed by Alberta's premier new home warranty and homebuilder insurance provider, [The Alberta New Home Warranty Program](https://blog.cedarglenhomes.com/The%20Alberta%20New%20Home%20Warranty%20Program).
