In March of 2018, Cedarglen Homes had the pleasure of opening our first round of showhomes in the growing new community of The Parks of Harvest Hills. The community has come a long way since that time with the addition of our paired homes in The Gardens; the launch of sales in Phase 2 of the community, known as The Island; and the completion of the two major park spaces – Harvest Park and Harmony Park. Hundreds of families now call The Parks of Harvest Hills home, and we are pleased to be turning the page into the next chapter of the community.
This upcoming weekend marks the official opening of our two new move-up showhomes in The Parks of Harvest Hills. These new showhomes are situated on the corner of Harvest Hills Way, and Harvest Hills Drive – forming the main entrance into Phase 2 of the community known as The Island. This phase features a selection of cul-de-sac, pie-shaped, and 3-car garage lots; with many of the homes having direct access to greenway buffers and pathways.
This new showhome parade features two impressive models – the Carbon 3ST 26 and the Champion 26. The Carbon 3ST 26 is a relatively new twist on our best-selling Carbon model. This spacious, family home features a total of 5 bedrooms (including one on the main floor), 4 full bathrooms, a third-storey loft with balcony views of downtown, and a stunning master ensuite that you have to see for yourself. The Champion 26 is a newer model by Cedarglen Homes that is quickly becoming a fan-favourite. This showhome features a main floor flex room, a beautiful L-shaped kitchen with a large island and eating ledge, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fully developed basement with a wet bar and extra bedroom. Both homes come fully equipped with our new Lutron lighting system (click HERE to learn more), and our talented design team has worked hard to create two modern and inviting homes that are sure to stir inspiration in all who visits.
Join us this Saturday September 12, 2020 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm at 185 and 189 Harvest Hills Way NE. Both of our showhomes will be open to walk-through, although as per Calgary bylaw face coverings will be required when inside the homes. Our impressive paired homes located just a few blocks away will also be open, as will all the move-in ready spec homes within The Gardens. This is a great opportunity to view just how spacious and bright these paired homes really are. There will be two food trucks on-site (one at our new move-up showhomes, and one at our paired homes) so be sure to bring the family and stop by for some tasty treats. When you visit the sales centres you will have the opportunity to grab a stamp to enter to win one of two local giveaway packages valued at $100 each.
