Area Sales Manager in Belmont

Cedarglen Homes is excited to welcome a new Area Sales Manager to our front drive single family homes in Belmont - Melissa Norris. Melissa has a background in finance and psychology but fell in love with the homebuilding industry after working as an associate in another one of our showhomes. She brings with her a balanced understanding of the home buying process as she can appreciate both the financial and emotional decisions involved with buying a new home. Melissa is passionate about customer service and believes that everyone should walk away with a positive home buying experience.

When we asked Melissa what her favourite part of her job is, she stated, “Building relationships and making connections. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. We become a part of that story when our home buyer chooses to build a home with us, and I love to make sure that this chapter is a happy one for them.” When she isn’t at work, you can find Melissa enjoying a good book, trying a new restaurant (she recommends the PB&J flavour from XO Ice Cream and Waffles in Auburn Bay!), and spending time outdoors. She loves going on adventures with her kids, and dreams of one day visiting Madagascar.
