Cedarglen Homes will be offering front attached garage homes in this NW community that will be starting in the high $500’s to low $600’s. As this first phase only has a limited number of lots available, we have decided to start pre-selling our single side yard lots in the community prior to the opening of our showhomes later this year. Our Sales Team have begun to reach out to the first few people on our list to begin placing lots on hold. Due to the industry challenges with labour and the influx of volume, Cedarglen Homes has limited the number of sales that we will accept each month. This monthly sales pace allows us to ensure that each home is delivered in a timely manner and helps avoid unnecessary price increases caused by delays in the build process. Therefore, Cedarglen Homes will not be providing official detailed pricing for homebuyers until it is time for them to write their purchase agreement.

In addition, we will not be pre-selling our paired (duplex) homes in Glacier Ridge, so we encourage you to stay tuned for more information on when these homes will be available for purchase later this Spring.
