We are very excited to be offering this brand-new line of homes that is unlike the rest of our current offerings. This new showhome parade features stunning paired homes with prices starting in the high $300,000’s - making it more affordable than ever to live in this vibrant new community. Showhomes will be opening at 12:00pm sharp, so swing on by and chat with our Area Sales Manager Dennis Mullen about starting your next chapter in Seton. **Livingston Neighbour Day – Saturday June 16th from 12:00-4:00PM** [Neighbour Day](http://www.calgary.ca/CSPS/CNS/Pages/Neighbourhood-Services/Neighbour-Day.aspx) began in Calgary after the 2013 floods to celebrate the unwavering support that residents throughout the area had shown for their neighbours. It has now turned into a fantastic opportunity to get out and meet your neighbours in a fun social setting that takes place in different communities throughout the city. This year will be [Livingston](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/communities/livingston/)’s first year taking part in [Neighbour Day](https://www.facebook.com/events/803180996546854/), and they have quite the line-up of activities taking place throughout the community. From 12-4pm at 141 Livingston Ave NE, there will be an ongoing BBQ, ice cream, live music, a face painter and a magician. We will also have some free candy and yard games set up at our showhomes at 1420 Livingston Way NE, so be sure to stop by to play a game and say hi to our Area Sales Manager Reda. At 1:30pm the action really begins, as there will be a lively controlled burn taking place by the Calgary Fire Department as they demonstrate the benefits of residential sprinklers. Following this exciting show, there will be a Sprinkler Tour and the opportunity to have all your sprinkler related questions answered. This will be an exciting event taking place, with something for the whole family to enjoy. **Tour de Seton – Saturday June 23rd from 12:00-4:00PM** Have you seen the blue Seton bicycles around town over the past few weeks and wondered what it was all about?
