Join us on Saturday, March 31, 2018, to tour our new homes in the highly anticipated community of Seton. Sustainable, accessible, health-minded, amenity rich and forward thinking, Seton is Calgary’s new south urban district. The name for the community derives from the vision for Seton, to create a South-East Town Centre (SE-ton). Located adjacent to the key transportation corridors; Deerfoot Trail, Calgary’s new ring road, 52nd Street, and the future LRT line, Seton is easily accessible to all of Calgary. There is already a wide range of shops and services open at the [Gateway Retail District](http://www.setonurbandistrict.com/index.php/about/retail/gateway-retail/) and the community is home to Calgary’s new South Health Campus. Once completed, Seton will include over 2.5 million sq.ft of office and retail space, a 16-acre Seton Central Park, schools, a movie theater and a large recreational centre.
