We are excited to have been given the opportunity as one of Calgary's new home builders in this coveted NW community. --- Our new showhome parade features three captivating models with two of them being featured as a showhome for the first time. At **158 Rowley Way NW** you will find the [**Camrose 26**](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/camrose-26-1) - one of our newest models. This showhome features a large front-facing bonus room on the upper floor that connects to a dreamy, covered balcony where you can enjoy looking out over the community. This showhome also includes a spacious main floor bedroom that is ideal for multi-generational families or for hosting out of town guests. The [**Glenbow 26**](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/glenbow)is another one of our new models and it can be viewed at **162 Rowley Way NW.** This stunning showhome makes a statement with its luxe finishes that will have you asking when you can move in. Darker cabinetry in the kitchen and the mudroom tie the main floor together seamlessly. The fully developed walk-out basement features a legal secondary suite that is bright and airy. The [**Parkland SSY 24**](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/parkland-ssy-24) at 166 Rowley Way NW is a showstopper with its crisp white interior selections and bohemian accents. The peninsula style kitchen provides plenty of storage and overlooks the great room and dining area with large windows backing onto the community pond.  As northwest Calgary’s first master planned community in over a decade, Rockland Park is an exciting place to connect with nature while enjoying the perks of living in an established area of the city. Extensive parks and pathways will weave the community into its natural surroundings, allowing you to extend you outdoor living space beyond your backyard. Upon its completion, the community will include an 85,000 sq.ft. commercial hub that will be full of shops and services to make your day-to-day life even more convenient. Rockland Park will also be home to a 6,500 sq. ft. Homeowners Association that will serve as a four-season recreational facility for residents to make use of.  To learn more about Rockland Park, click [HERE](https://experiencerockland.com/).
