These new homes were met with widespread success as countless families in the city were eager to take advantage of their opportunity to place roots in an established area of Calgary. Now we are ready to unveil our brand new paired showhomes and showcase just how amazing these homes are. We are pleased to announce the official grand opening event that will be taking place Saturday March 16, 2019 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm. These amazing homes offer uncompromised standards and beautiful, spacious floorplans to suit your everyday needs. Prices start in the $450,000’s and there are four models to choose from – the [Orchid](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/the-parks-of-harvest-hill/orchid), the [Blossom](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/the-parks-of-harvest-hill/blossom), the [Peony](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/the-parks-of-harvest-hill/peony) and the [Lotus](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/the-parks-of-harvest-hill/lotus) – all ranging in size from 1,788 to 1,993 square feet. Whatever stage of life you are in, we have the right option for you and your family. Each paired home offers its own unique layout, and there are both walkout lots and lots that can accommodate single or double car garage homes. Located in The Gardens – a charming cul-de-sac within the community – these homes will be situated around a central green space for the residents to enjoy. This green area will include beautiful community gardens that will provide a chance for neighbours to interact with one another. The Gardens will feature state of the art Molok waste containers that will offer environmentally friendly benefits for all stakeholders. Residents of these paired homes will enjoy convenient access to Harmony Park, beautiful walking paths throughout the community and countless nearby amenities. Join us for an afternoon filled with coffee and treats, and an Instagram-worthy greenery wall to take pictures with!
