We have had several different showhome parades throughout our time here, and we are excited to announce two incredible new showhomes that will be opening this Saturday! The [Lavoy 26](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/cranstons-riverstone/model-lavoy) features an open concept main floor with plenty of space to entertain and a stunning open-rise staircase that will be the talk of all the parties. Right next door is the [Carbon 3ST 26](https://www.cedarglenhomes.com/find-your-home/communities/cranstons-riverstone/carbon-3st-26) which includes 2,645 square feet of functional and beautiful space – including a memorable third storey loft to capitalize on the river views. Visit these brand-new homes this **Saturday from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm** and enjoy some frozen treats and see all that the community has to offer. Cranston’s Riverstone is situated in the valley along the Bow River and while it is only minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city, it still feels like a true escape from the city. In upper Cranston you will find coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store and Century Hall – a 22,000 square foot multi-purpose facility exclusive to the residents in the community. Just a few minutes away is Seton Urban district which features the South Health Campus, the worlds largest YMCA, a VIP movie theatre and countless other retail amenities. When you’re finished your errands and ready to escape it all, you can make your way down the hill into Riverstone where Fish Creek Park is only a stone’s throw away and there are countless parks and pathways for the entire family to explore. This community was expertly designed with flood mitigation in mind so you can rest easy knowing that flooding from the Bow River will not be an issue. We look forward to seeing you this weekend and helping you find your dream home in Cranston’s Riverstone. See you Saturday!
