New 3-Storey Showhome in SW Calgary
In April of 2018, Cedarglen Homes was pleased to open the doors to our first set of showhomes in Belmont in southwest Calgary. As a new development we could quickly see the community’s growing potential for young families due to its pleasant suburban charm coupled with easy access to nearby established communities like Silverado and Shawnessy. Now, almost 4 years later we are excited to announce the completion of our newest showhome in Belmont – the Champion 3ST SSY 24. This new model offers an intriguing new twist on our fan-favourite Champion model by adding a dreamy third storey loft with a balcony to capture the best views of the community.
