1. WHY WOULD YOU CHOOSE TO BUILD WITH CEDARGLEN HOMES AND WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?

I personally have built a home with Cedarglen twice, and I was very impressed with the overall attention to detail that is provided by the entire team and all the trades. Additionally, there is the opportunity for plenty of free customization which allows you to make the home really reflect what you want in it.

2. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MODEL (& WHY?)

Right now, my favourite model would have to be the Champion because its brand new and it has everything in it that people want in today’s market

3. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PART ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY?

The combination of the location and amazing amenities makes this community hard to beat. Seton will soon be the main hub of South Calgary and the weather always seems to be a bit nicer in the South.

4. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK/SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT YOU?

When I’m not working, I try to spend as much time as possible with my family. There’s nothing I like more than being able to watch my kids grow and take part in the various activities they’re doing.

5. WHAT IS A GOOD HOMEBUYERS TIP FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO BUILD A NEW HOME?

If I had to break it down to three main tips, I would say to 1st) decide what the 3 most important things are for you in a house (i.e. 4 bedrooms, open concept main floor etc.). 2nd) Choose an experienced builder who can deliver on all their promises. 3rd) Don’t get caught up by the gimmicks that all the other builders are offering. Do your research and compare to see who is actually offering you the best value for your money.
