M Series Bungalows in Livingston

It has been almost one year since we first launched our innovative new product known as ‘The M Series’ in Seton, and just about four months from when the first showhome was open to the public. Since opening, there has been plenty of buzz around the impressive design and affordability of these homes. While there is strong interest for these homes in Seton, we have also heard from prospective homebuyers that they would like the opportunity to build these homes in north Calgary as well. Cedarglen Homes is pleased to announce that we are officially launching our popular ‘M Series’ bungalows in the vibrant, growing community of Livingston in north Calgary. These bungalows will be situated in Phase 16 on the northwest side of Livingston.

Fondly referred to as Calgary’s ‘new north’, Livingston is a master-planned community by Brookfield Residential that is located north of Stoney Trail and west of Deerfoot Trail. The overall vision of the community focuses on connectivity and togetherness, which has led to the planning of countless gathering spaces for friends and family to relax at. Once completed Livingston will include more than 1,000,000 square feet of offices, services, and retail, as well as 6 designated school sites. Our ‘M Series’ bungalows present a similar square footage to condos; however, they provide the opportunity for homeowners to avoid sharing walls with neighbours and therefore avoid paying any condo fees. Ranging in size from 897 to 937 square feet, the M Series come with one and two-bedrooms floorplans and the option to develop the basement and add an attached or detached garage. Each of the five available models come with custom modules that allow you to choose the final layout of your home. The design of this home can also be built as an accessible house to accommodate those with disabilities and/or wheelchairs. The bedrooms are large enough to fit a king-sized bed and the open concept main living space offers plenty of room to entertain. Furthermore, homeowners can rest easy knowing that they can expect the same high-quality standards that can be found in the rest of Cedarglen Homes models such as engineered stone countertops and nine-foot ceilings.

With only 21 lot opportunities available, the M Series in Livingston will be starting in the mid $300's.
