Join us for the an exciting [Winter Festival](https://alberta.brookfieldresidential.com/calgary/livingston/the_latest_social_detail/winter-festival-in-livingston) taking place this year in the growing new community of Livingston on Saturday November 24th from 12:00 to 4:00pm. This trendy new community is known as one of Canada’s [most fire safe communities](https://stories.brookfieldresidential.com/livingston-web-page?hs_preview=iKsquUZt-6244734692) as every home will be fully equipped with sprinkler systems which can reduce fire and water damage by 95% when a fire occurs. Livingston was also expertly designed to create spaces for people to gather and interact with one another, and the future is looking bright! Once completed, the community will include a 35,000 square foot [homeowners association facility](http://livingston-connect.com/) with a café, commercial kitchen, banquet facility, gymnasium, day care space and more. In addition, the [HOA](http://livingston-connect.com/) will have a huge outdoor space including tennis courts, skating rinks, an amphitheatre, playgrounds and more. Aside from these fantastic amenities, Livingston is full of countless parks and pathways for the whole family to get out and explore. Make your way down to the community tomorrow and take part in an interactive scavenger hunt throughout the showhomes with the opportunity to win a $500 gift card to Cross Iron Mills. There will also be horse drawn sleigh rides throughout the neighbourhood, as well as a cozy s’more station and coffee bar to warm up with! If these entertaining activities aren’t enough to draw you in, there will also be a wide variety of local market vendors selling their handmade goods.
