Livingston is located just north of Stoney Trail and west of Deerfoot Trail and has been recognized as the ‘new north’ of Calgary. The modern new community was designed by Brookfield Residential with four main values in mind – diversity, connection, togetherness and destination. This vision is clearly reflected throughout the community due to the ample amount of spaces and opportunities for residents, visitors and partners to come together and interact. The Livingston Homeowners Association, also known as the Hub, is consistently looking for ways to get residents involved in the community and this weekend will be no exception.

Grab your friends and family and make your way out to The Hub on Saturday November 3, 2018 to celebrate Diwali with the rest of the community. Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights and symbolizes the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil and knowledge over ignorance. According to ThoughtCo, during this five-day festival ‘homes are illuminated with lights and firecrackers fill the skies as an expression of respect to the heavens for the attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace and prosperity.’ This year, the Hub will be decorated up and there will be goodie bags available for anyone who wishes to stop by and join in the celebrations. The first three groups will also be eligible to receive a little something extra, so hurry in! This event is open to all current or future residents.

While you are in the neighbourhood, be sure to stop in at our showhomes to say hi to our Area Sales Manager Reda Sabbah. If you are just checking out Livingston for the first time, swing by to ask about our 3 quick possessions available in the community now.
